CeesBe Pro CP-PM is a premium-grade Calcium Carbonate (CaCO₃) masterbatch engineered specifically for polypropylene (PP) applications, especially in the production of PP yarns. Formulated with 81–86% ultrafine CaCO₃ and performance-enhancing additives, this masterbatch enables high filler loading without compromising mechanical integrity. With excellent processability (MFI ≥4.0 g/10 min at 230°C), low moisture content (<0.20%), and a specific gravity of ~1.90 g/cm³, it ensures smooth extrusion, consistent dispersion, and superior end-product quality. Non-toxic and environmentally friendly, CeesBe Pro CP-PM supports sustainable manufacturing while delivering significant raw material cost savings.
